Fosam’s parttition walls blind doors can be in:
- Wooden
- Steel
The frame is realized in extruded aluminum (with the corner in sight that is rounded ) painted with non-toxic powder paint , solidly anchored to the upright and the beam of the partition wall. Along all the rabbet perimeter of the door is placed a soft PVC seal.
The blind doors are realized in steel or in honey comb covered by plastic laminate 9/10 thick for a total thickness of 48 mm. The doors have 3 hidden hinges and steel lever handle covered by in a plastic material with yale type lock ( it’s possible to choose from different type of handles ).
The edge that is realized in plastic material 2 mm thick confers it a pleasant asthetic aspect.
For a more elevated soundproof, can be requested the guillotine closing.
Interchangeability: the doors, as all the standard size modules, can be replaced with other modules of the same size and different typology. Such operation, of easy execution, is possible every time job needs and changes require it.
The classification values in accord to the ISO 717/1 norms, obtained with the insertion of proper insulating material, for the acoustic isolation (verification in the GALLILEO FERRARIS Institute of Turin) and for the fire resistance (verification in the C.S.I. IMQ Institute of Milan) are:
